As part of the Panels team at Research Now, we managed 11 consumer panel brands, serving over 5 million active users across more than 50 markets. My work focused on three main areas: internal panel brands, external partnerships, and B2B marketing initiatives.


A key component of our efforts was developing a white-label panel solution designed with a mobile-first approach. This solution integrated seamlessly with a content management system (CMS) and Adobe Campaign, allowing for quick deployment in localising content or launching entirely new brands. Our emphasis on scalability and reusability also extended to customer relationship management (CRM) campaigns, where we built retention and engagement strategies using templated solutions for greater efficiency and impact.


Additionally, we collaborated closely with the survey programming and rewards teams to ensure an ideal user experience. Together, we introduced gamification elements into the user experience, improving engagement and survey completion rates. These enhancements were well-received across teams and reinforced the platform's ability to deliver actionable insights while maintaining high user satisfaction.


These initiatives seamlessly combined branding, design, CRM, and marketing to drive user engagement, foster customer acquisition, and support sustainable business growth. This included managing the delivery of localised visual assets and copy through close collaboration with external vendors, internal teams, and various stakeholders.

Problem

The challenge was to increase member engagement, retention, and acquisition across diverse panel brands. Each panel had unique branding and offerings, requiring a scalable design approach.

External partnerships relied on white-label panel solutions, requiring custom branding, seamless integrations, and scalable UX/UI. The challenge was to ensure a smooth user experience while maintaining partner-specific brand identities.

B2B Marketing

Problem

The company needed a strong brand presence and sales support materials to drive business growth and attract corporate clients. The B2B marketing team promoted Research Now's services to businesses, including market research solutions and consumer panel offerings. The challenge was communicating the value of Research Now's data-driven insights effectively and providing sales teams with the tools to close deals.

Approach

  • Developed marketing materials, pitch decks, and case studies to support sales teams in securing new clients.
  • Created event branding, stand designs, and microsites for industry conferences and trade shows.
